so is the PS2 bigger then the XBOX?
i mean size wise my mate says that the XBOX is smaller but i say it aint.

is it?

you obviously aint seen a PS2 close it. it is beautiful

And the PS2 harddrive is 40GB also there is even enough room for the the modem/Broadband adapter to go into the same expansion bay.

The PS2 has an expansion bay which is about a quater of the actual size of the whole console. This is capable of holding a hard drive, yet the PS2 is still smaller than the Xbox. The PS2 can hold a hard drive and is still smaller, it is no excuse for Microsoft.

Please think before you type.

The reason why xbox is so big is because it has to carry an 8GB hard drive unlike other consoles!!!!

well let me tell you metal gear solid is not a boring game, mgs2 is the most anticipated game in history and that is a fact(at the time i was writing this). well the ps2 is not an ugly console it has a slim and futuristic design, i can't say the same about the xbox design because it is not slim, last of all it is not all about what the console can do. it is all about good quality games that you enjoy and not how fast, how powerful. so get your facts right before you try to insult the best game ever.(mgs)

well in terms of hype, fans, better games (at the time i was writing this), it has to be the playstation 2 but in terms of size and raw power it is the xbox.

the xbox is the size of my pc tower, big !!!!

but i still like to game: dead or alive 3 amazing!!!!!!!!

knowing Microsoft they will make deals with all the amagor companies and inturn we will all have an xbox by 2010.
Its the same with our pc os, everybody has some version of windows, fake or store brought!
and so the playstation will become like apple pcs, only the rich and thoses who want to be different.!

glad i aint getting one.
