about half of it was cartoon and ripped of sooooo many other cartoons.
What did you think then?
I though it was a great idea to mix sci fi with animation and i was funny so i guess that it worked for me.
what did you think?
Farscape is SciFi with
> sex, violence, death and leaqd charactues getting killed off.
Sex? what like Mr quagmire from the planet blant 3IV, who has three stomachs and 5 eye balls getting it on with MRS Rashid from the 3rd Nebula, who has 3 breats and 5 cun.....
Sounds like a Nerds paradise to me.
In my opinion
> the best star trek is Voyager for one reason..
.. Jeri Ryan!
Jeri Ryan isnt in Season one
> you sad child. i used to like it, but ist gone away from the kill aleins thing,
> which was good, to the diplomatic crap like star teck deep space 9.
You are grossly misinformed.
Farscape is SciFi with sex, violence, death and leaqd charactues getting killed off.
In my opinion the best star trek is Voyager for one reason..
.. Jeri Ryan!
he he
Anyway farscape has only got better in my opinion.
the charactures have really developed and even the new ones
Chiana (tihnk i spelt that right)
Jool
Stark (not sure bout spellin there)
They all seem like they have been there sinse the beginning.
Everyone in farscape has their own very different characture.
Thats one reason i like it. The other is just the massive amount of SciFi. :-)
Anyone watch the episode where in John's mind (I think) all the crewmates were different people, and he was at a nightclub at one point and it began spinning around madly, and then he was talking to Scorpius who kept appearing ever-pure madness, but great stuff to watch.
It didn't get much of a reception though when it first came out.
i dont bash Farscape..true i do like it but heyyy!
At first I wasn't sure about last night's episode as it seemed a bit too far-fetched - but by the time it was over, I'd really enjoyed it.
They got away with the cartoon aspect because of what it was supposed to be - John's subconscious mind reacting to the trauma in the only way it knew how.
It shows that they're not afraid to take risks with the show, and as long as they keep them in context - as with last night's episode - they should be okay.
Okay, it was just a filler episode, with no real plot advancement apart from the relationship between Ka D'Argo and Jool, but it was good all the same - and no more pointless than just about every recent episode of Star Trek since the end of TNG.
It is sooo much better than star trek
