Not very often you get to read *good news*
No family fights, which is an absolute miracle when you consider my family alone, but then add my wifes on to it......... *shudder*
I've been about but busy elsewhere (in one of the lower dungeon wings of these towers).

If we are honest we (in the support office) have not heard any news of this until you brought this up.
After chatting with a few other guys from the other departments we know that we have no official plan to reduce the costs at this point in time.
Bear in mind that this news is still being discussed by our wholesalers and ourselves, and as such this may change. Early days as they say, and a lot still to be seen.
Rest assured we will let all our customers knows should there be any changes in price or tariff terms.
