It was my birthday and the Amiga CD-32 had just been realeased. I had played on my sisters amiga 600 and loved it to bits, so when I had the choice of a Playstation or Amiga CD-32 I picked the amiga. I now regret what i done as the console was to live a very short life in the gaming world and have very few games. I really wanted a CD console.
A few months later I saw games had been realeased at 40 pound and some had been reduced to 5! I wondered what was going on, the console was not a s good as my master system. Soon I could find no games in the shops and left my console to die slowly. Does anyone know what happened? Did anyone else have one? As I don't know of anyone who has!
It cost me 400 pounds, and with such a short life I was very unhappy. But all us gamers owe it to Amiga for making the worlds first 32 bit console and 3D graphics. Without it where would we be today.
