Again, I'm going to give you a break. So, I believe that the DS is the better console in terms of actual gameplay and enjoyment. The PSP seems to me to be trying not to be a console itself and more of an "adult" entertainment device.

Still, if its an 'all-round' entertainment system you want, then go for a PSP.
If you want a slightly more fun gaming experience, and a much cheaper price, the DS is your best bet.
