MSWord had broked, I need it fixed, but, I don't know what this means.

I've reinstalled it several times, but to no avail, it works well on the other profiles on this PC, so, how?

This may be a Microsoft xbox and windows forum but I am pretty certain that near as dammit all of us in here are xbox owners and aren't usually here to discuss windows, so sorry I am unable to help ya mate:P. I am no Pc know-it-all, I am just a gamer, very rarely a gamer on pc, i play xbox and will soon be playiing on cube aswell. I hope there is someone that can help, I know the frustration of PC jargon(like the text you included), believe me I hate it, it just doesn't make sense, does it?

I didn't actually do anything.

Delete everything in your Temp folder.[You can do this with Disc cleanup - which you will find in Accessories/system tools].
Then search for copies of normal.dot - which is the template for word documents. Delete it.
After that - reboot and the system will make a new copy of normal.dot.
Problem solved.
