"Final Fantasy XI-is the online a good idea?"

Do you think that the final fantasy series should go online with FFXI. In my view i don't think so. what i think one of the best things about the final fantasy series is, is the very detailed and invloving storys. but in XI will there be an involving story or a story like PSO or Diablo II? I dont think there will because the characters will only have the gamers personality and there wont be just a lead character coz all of you will.
Dont get me wrong though final fantasys are the best games out there and i think that Square will be able to prove me wrong. I Know that the story is again about the crystals and their power but thats all so far, if you wana find out more than just mail me.
Finaly i wana know just when the hell Final Fantasy X will be released in the U.K and if it will live up to its expectations? what i've seen of it i think it will but i read that the world map has been taken away and if so it will ruin the game as the roaming of the world map is awesome.
Anyway if you have any release dates for FFX or FFXI then please let me know or if you find a good site dedicated to Final fantasy also let me know.Cheers

im probaly not the king but i do consider myself good at the games, which ones have you completed? do u think FFXI will be good or s**t.

Mmmm, I dont think its a good idea because our internet connection will be too slow for a lot of people, so it will drastically cut the number of sales
