Over the past few months, Tottenham have shown what they are capable of. They have played around 12 games, 9 in the premiership and 3 in the Worthington Cup. Of the 9 games played in the premiership, Tottenham have won 6, drawn 1 and lost 2. The Worthington Cup has seen Tottenham reach the semi-finals, where they will face Chelsea over 2 legs. They have not beaten Chelsea, home or away, for more than 10 years, a run of around 28 games, so this will prove to be a difficult task if Tottenham are to reach the Worthington Cup Final. The 3 wins that I am talking about, whcih have seen Tottenham rewach the semi's are the 4-0 at Tranmere, the 2-1 win at Fulham and the recent 6-0 demolition over Bolton, which saw Les Ferdinand become the first Tottenham player to score a hattrick this season.
