The blues you get after that gluttonous fest of gorging on turkey over the Christmas period. Come New Year it's diet time. But I've been thinking of a novel way of shedding the pounds that both women, men and that special breed, gamers should all enjoy.

It's based on the phenomenon that whenever you impart energy to an object to accelerate it, 'most' of that energy is converted into kinetic energy or motion. But as more and more energy is exerted to accelerate this object towards the speed of light, strangely enough more and more energy is converted into mass rather than kinetic energy, making the object heavier rather than making it move faster. (Hence why nothing can travel faster than the speed of light in a vacuum, all the energy spent on accelerating the object, at the speed of light, is converted to mass, therefore making it impossible to accelerate an object beyond this barrier.)

So in my way of thinking, as an object slows down, alot of it's energy is lost, but according to the theory above objects that are losing speed also shed mass as the decelerate.

So the answer to shedding those excess pounds after Crimble is to stay as motionless as possible, slow down, put your feet up and watch a few good movies or play a few great games. Get someone to operate the remote control for you or change discs in the appropriate places and you're sorted.

Brilliant.

Maybe you could release a video?

That guy from the Royal Family could become a role model.

Actually...

That works. Eat less, and sit around all day. You'll lose a ton of weight.

Well, quite a few pounds, anyway.
