I know this has got nowt to do with this forum but website forum is totaly desserted now!
Anyway, i was wondering if anyone knew how to clear the search history, now im talking about when you type something a list comes up of things that you have allready searched for. It appears in things like drop down menus etc.
Ive tried clearing history,webpages and cookies. none of them work.
I just get a massive list everytime i search for something. Its quite annoying now.

HA, this happend to my mate, his dad saw all his pawn sites that he was looking on, but he didnt really care...
Just go into the windows folder and there is one in there about the internet with all the pages that you have visited, just delete all the folders in that, but not the actuall folder itself...

Delete history then restart your PC...
It doesn't take efect until you restart...
And because I'm in a good mood:
Clear your 'recent' bit on the start menu and clear the history in the media players you are using..
Clear all temporary internet folders.
Clear all text boxes.
Search for all movie types on your PC and delete them if you don't need them.
Format your hard drive.

Just dont search for porn and you wont have to panic trying to delete the history.
