Really quick...

I know its been done before, (but I never read as I never had one), but I was just wondering if the regionX DVD allows you to play american games etc. I know it will allow me to play American DVD's but what about the games?

Cheers for any replies...

DVD Region X WILL NOT allow you to play import games.

The only thing it does do is let you play import DVD movies. If you want to play import games, you will either have to chip your PS2, or go out and buy an import PS2!

Ahh, it would be great if the DVD region X did let you play import games! Maybe datel will relese one soon.

Someone in this forum said earlier that you had to get your PS2 chipped to play imports.

I'm not sure that the ragionX DVD can play american games. I think it's only for the DVDs, but it may be able to play american game DVDs...who knows?
