Is it easy to upload an iweb (apple) website using FTP into my freeola domain???

I'm not an Apple user but this should work fine - assuming you are on a Freeola connection or have VIP/Web freedom.
Just use the FTP settings as displayed in MyFreeola and either use them with iWeb's built in FTP client or a standalone FTP client like the free open source Filezilla which works well.
