i've done something really bad. i can't believe i had the cheek to do it. i mean it's horrid horrid horrid horrid. i should be punished for what i did.
today when i was home alone (everyone works except me) and i did a bit of prezzie hunting and found the PS2 i asked for xmas with a copy of GTA3.
now this sounds bad but the worst bit is i took it out of it's box hooked it up and played a bit of GTA3 for about an hour :(
what do you think my punishment should be and do you think this is out of order. what you guys done the same as me or would you of left it till xmas?
i blame GTA3 for driving me to this. if it wasn't such a great game i wouldn't of done it :(

Ah today has been torcher as everyone once again is out. i can see that PS2 blue logo on everything i look at plus i tried to take my mind off it by watching sky but guess what i saw the GTA3 ad 3 times LOL.

As punishment, I suggest you unwrap the box, and then force yourself to do nothing but stare at the machine without turning it on for 1/2 hour, to make up for the time you played.
dont worry, i actively encourage the searching out of pressies
I remember a number of years ago when i was getting a Atari console for Xmas and i knew where it was being kept so when the parents where not around me and my brother played on it and had to show complete surprise on Xmas Day when we received the console.
I am sure you are not the only one and like it was said earlier it is not your fault it is the Sony's fault, blame them if caught.

don't worry i had my PS2 as a birthday preasant and i opened it and had ago i didn't even have any games i played on some demos

Its wrong of course, but as you said, its GTA's fault for being so damn great ! I dunno if I woulda done the same as you. Don't get me wrong, I'm a total games addict who needs his fix just like the others, but as we both know, my mums a private hairdresser and can come and go at anytime ;-)) Would be just my luck that while I'm enjoying my present that the front door would start to make that noise when someone puts their key in it and I'd be dumping it all behind a chair while throwing out words of panic that I can't say on this board ;-))
Well officially its my last day of work tomorrow for 3 weeks cause the wife lands on saturday morning ;-)
Thing is I didn't bother going in today and I might not bother tomorrow. My team leader is being a um, lets just say I don't get on with him too well and I think he's getting his last little pot shots at me before I go. Was taking the day off today to start cleaning my room up and stuff - but me being me, I ended up shoving on Devil May Cry and beating it instead ;-)) Also took some time on Twisted Metal Black too. Got the Taxi (Yellow Jacket) up, but I can't find any other hidden characters or levels for love or money ! Been totally destroying everything on places like the suburbs level and I'm still having no luck. Oh well, guess I'll give that one a break and go back to Half Life for a little while ;-)

Nobody is ever gonna know you played on it are they? ITs not your fault, you coudnt resist the best console available in the UK. Blame sony for releasing it!
I've done the same things with a few games before. I remember once for the first Fifa game for the SNES, and i once opened up a walkman that was a christmas present.
