Yes folks, it's that time of year again. It's the time of year when wasps are starting to wake up and hurt people, it's the time of year when boys play football to show that they have looser genitalia than their opponents. Yes, it's spring, and that means that it's the annual release of a slightly tweaked version of the popular game: SR Party. With all new characters (possibly) and a pathetic FMV intro and guaranteed "mild storyline TM".

Let's meet the characters:

El Blokey: He's the 15 year old who enjoys hitting people, and telling them that they are in the wrong forum. He also says nang and has a keyboard that's stuck on Caps Lock.

Gerrid: The fun loving immigrant who though hasn't got a grasp on English, can still make up words just as well. He comically nibbles on Gamecubes.

Kyz22: The Game a Day guzzling pimp boy from down south, who does it for the ladies/writing. He once said hello to a tortoise *no lie*.

Sniper: The most intelligent and sarcastic of all forum members ever, after being sprayed with acid, decided to spite the world and its peoples by showing how dumb everyone was, through text talking. Ingenious.

BEARDS: Voted least staff like staff member, he tries to act like he's a real person. He's most famous for "deleting peoples threads BERADS!" and for caring about his parents.

As most people know, SR Party is a turn-based game, in which characters travel around a website, after rolling the dice of danger. The dice of danger is the newest add on to the series. It contains the possibilities of having flying bombs in the air, clouding the badly scripted HTML, or having ridiculously placed bombs all over the floor which will inevitably make AOL have a spastic fit and drown.

A standard novel attachment to the game is the ability to repeat sound clips, which are categorised as Tountes. Said add on ensues hilarity, with the unforgettable:

El Blokey: "WRONG FORUM" and "NANG".

Gerrid: "bababab" and " Gerrid am dee winna"

Kyz22: "Ey-up there" and "Great post there"

Sniper: "R U EVN TLKNG ENGLSH?" "THS S BARE GAY".

BEARDS: " After browsing through a brief history of time, I decided fluently to watch Newsnight. *Topical*" and "I can be like Gerrid, I can be popular... umm CARDBOARD MAN."

The highlights of the game however, are the mini games. These take place after every round, and range from keyboard bashing, to calling eachother a gimp. One of the favourite mini games, is the "JAT kick up" mini game, which occurs maybe a bit too frequently. The game involves you making your character believe that they are superior to someone less informed on how to *comically trip* or *casually explode*. You bash the buttons to ensure incoherence, and to make sure that you're keeping your Internet cred. If you can't succeed at real life, then try and fit in with the online group. Online, I can pretend to be a man, or cool. I could even pretend that I had a girlfriend, just like Kyz. That's why I always win at SR party.

And anyway, if I start to lose, I can always scream, sulk and quit the game, and fulfilling the developers wish for everyone to hate eachother.

Possibly thank you for reading.

Me.
