I didn't discover this so I don't want to take any credit, anyway its a great trick and you should try it out so here it goes:
The car you can get is a bulletproof Cheetah, but in order to get it you have to go to the "TURISMO" mission in Portland, done by El Burro on the phone in Hepburn Heights.
Get a Coach, and go to the starting line, and make sure you're facing the opposite direction from the racers. When
the race begins, head for your hideout, and park it across the street next to your hideout making sure you are blocking the path of any cars coming down the road, because it will help keep you steady in the crash you're about to have.
Wait here until the timer gets to about 100. this will be about the time the cheetahs will be coming up the road towards you coming from hepburn heights area in the wrong direction. The cheetah's will colide with you but fear not, the cars you bloked behind you will prevent you and the cheetah from budging
Next you have to guide the Cheetah in to your garage, I found it pretty tricky but don't worry about blowing it up because it wont! Just worry about blowing the coach up. save the game and hey presto, you have a brand spanking new cheetah in your garage ready for you to trash (you might find that pretty difficult).
