Perhaps because Freeola are only 'resellers' and will not renew your licence automatically.....buy from Freeola, re-licence yourself. It's in your 'contract' with them :¬)

All sounds a bit strange (your customer support reply).
Freeola may be able to advise/send key but failing that I'm guessing the easiest way forward may be to remove the current install and start again with the unused one.
