Has anyone else heard of Merz? It's the brainchild of this bloke called Conrad Lambert and it's a fusion of techno beats and guitar. It's really, really good. I think he's only ever had one album out, but he toured not too long ago and I got to meet him at the Square (and got in the way of I Am Kloot :)). It's a shame really, because I read that his record company were touting him as a 24 year old happening geezer, when in fact he's over 30. It's all a bit tragic and hip for me, but the album is fantastic. Buy it NOW!
