¬_¬ is generally one I use to show sarcasm, sort of "yeah, right"

^_^ - very happy, sort of like a "yay"
to be honest, most faces that get used on a regular basis are generic and simple, and can be guessed from just looking at them.
They are all very obvious I think tbh. If they don't look like what they are showing, I don't think they should be used.
0_o = Puzzled or "Really!? (sarcastic) -Stretching one eye open further than the other
-_- = Sarcastic look, or evil stare sorta thing, slightly closed eyes
-_0 = Most commonly a wink, see the one eye open the other closed?
