Having a small problem,I can't seem to print out VAT invoices from My Freeola just get the following message 'An unknown error occurred while printing.' Never had any problems before,any ideas what could be causing this? (my printer is working perfectly in all other functions just can't seem to print this?)

Just tried it in Firefox and it seems to be working now?.Only thing that has changed is there was a new version of it released a few days ago,don't know if that would make any difference? Thanks anyway mate.
I have tried this myself too and it is working fine (from your account too no less).
Is it a particular invoice failing? Are you using the "Print VAT Receipt" button or shortcuts?

Hi Hmmm,I've tried again in my default browser (Firefox) and it's exactly the same (same happens when I print preview as well).Then tried it in Internet Explorer and it works?,wierd as never had this problem before.No huge drama I'll just use IE for this purpose instead.Thanks for your help,appreciated.

I take it you are just using the 'Print' button at the top of the invoice 'lightbox' when viewing an invoice?
This seems to work for me (via FireFox) - But i've only gone as far as putting the document in my print queue as I haven't got a printer available to this PC.
NB. I try not to print when I don't have to (£££) so I 'print' all my Freeola invoices to a PDF file and then save them in a folder.
So if the Tax man should ever want to see them I can provide them digitally or if needs be print them.
Years ago Freeola used to give you a PDF option so that's when I started this process. When they stopped offering PDFs that's when I started to print them to a PDF file.
