First point, is that it's only a 4MB download, so it should only take about 10-15 minutes on a 56k modem.
Upon loading, you will notice that there are 4 tabs, "Search", "Monitor", "Connections", "Library". The "Search" tab is where you can search for the videos, audio, images, documents or basically anything you want. I was amazed by the sheer power of the engine (thanks to the ammount of users). Take a look at this:
Nickelback = 759 searches found
Muse = 62 searches found
Eminem = 785 searches found (I've had 1900 before!)
System Of A Down = 376 searches found
Jimmy Eat World = 103 searches found
Green Day = 673 searchs found
Not bad, I must say myself. In a few hours, there will be even more searches, when all the Americans wake up!
The "monitor" tab is where you can see who's downloading from you and if you want to be a little devil, cut their download off at 90%.
The "Connections" tab shows which IP addresses you are connecting to when downloading an the IP of the main Limewire server you are connected to.
Finally, the "Library" tab shows what songs you've downloaded and what is available to your fellow users.
In about 5 or 6 hours, I have downloaded almost the entire Marshall Mathers LP!
I would consider this one of the best downloading clients out there. From me, it gets a hefty 9 out of 10 - Feeder only got 4 searches!
Limewire = 9/10
Morpheus = 7/10
Napster = 0/10
Imesh = 8/10
Thanks for reading and I hope I helped.
