Is anyone's school, college or work network built on RM community connect 2.4 (or community connect 3 - the XP version of 2.4)?

If you go to Start > run and type '\\server1' you will see a list of all the usernames in your network.

Try logging in witht the following username and password combo:

USERNAME: rmadmin
PASSWORD: changeme

just try...

Yup, RM Connect and win98...so bloody slow on our school network, at the start of a lesson when a whole class tries to log on, all retrieving programs over the network from server1 simeltaneously, it just grinds to a halt. We have 2 extremes of security, either unrestricted access to everything or RM security popups which kill everything you try to do which isn't saving a word document. They're yet to disable shortcut keys, however, and it can all be cunningly foiled by just pulling the rj45 out at the right time, heh.

wow our school sucks seems as it is a technology school, but some of the computers have 98, about half of them do, but they are all RM...
we have about 150 computers in our school...
