I have just gotten my PS2 and have been playing Final Fantasy 8 on it. I put the Memory Card I have in the right slot and went to save the game but it game me a message that it didn't or couldn't check the card. I am sure it was in there right way up and it was firmly in place. Can the Memory Card save regular PS games or is it only good for PS2 games? If that is the case, how do I go about saving regular PS games?

But you *can* copy saves from a PS1 card to a PS2 card as backup - although you need to copy them back to the PS1 card to use them with your games.

You might also find that some PS1 games require the card to be in slot 1.

10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
