I see you seem to have re-opened the webserver1 issue?
My sites on that server appear to be ok since the earlier problems - has it been re-opened by accident perhaps?
Thanks.
[s]Hmmm...[/s]EDIT: Fault closed (again) at 5.05 :¬)
Just an observation but perhaps the Status Page update could have mentioned it had been reopened due to possible on-going issues or similar? - it would have made rather more sense, as repeating yesterday's message was a bit confusing :¬)
All seems ok at the moment.
Night.
[s]Hmmm...[/s]EDIT: One last check as I closed down :¬(Webserver 1 sites are currently unavailable.
I've raised Ticket 167010.
Thanks for the fast reply :¬)
Yep, all my webserver1 sites went 'unavailable'.
I was halfway through raising a Ticket - then checked again and they were back!
Please let me know if you need more info.
[s]Hmmm...[/s] Translator for you: We were investigating whether there was an issue for customers, after some strange reports internally. Sorted (very basically anyway).
I'm still running it through my translator :¬P
BUT - In the mean time my web sites on webserver1 are unavailable...
If you need a Ticket raised please let me know.
[s]Hmmm...[/s]EDIT: Service seems to have resumed?
99% of users/visitors will not see this issue, and it is being investigated. At this point it is purely investogatory, so the message was put back up, then removed as it doesn't really hold true/apply to customers.
Summary: Nothing is wrong with the service at the present time, however we are still investigating whether this is the case for all customers.
