Hi Freeola,
Regarding your current ADSL outage item on your Status page.

I've read that equipment has been stolen so this could run on for a bit as the police are involved :¬(

I support a user in Sussex who can't login this morning.
Router is sync'd but there's no PPP connection.

Is it likely that they are affected by this outage?
Initially I was hoping things would be resolved quickly so we agreed to 'try again later'.

My Freeola Nodes page explains how to display your node by using your connection - but obviously doesn't work when there's no connection. Are you able to tell the users node if I raise a Ticket with the users SR number?

Thanks as always.

'Stepney Green' node is back up and 'my user' is online again.

Thanks for the Ticket updates etc. :¬)

It does seem likely they are effected. Send me the details on my forum addy and I'll check for you.

Or just submit a ticket.

This may be possible Hmmm. Send a ticket anyway and someone in Support will let you know either way. In the mean time keep an eye out on Ebay for expensive Cisco equipment going cheap!

Edit Fixed your link to your Node checker page.
