isn't the rate of development just amazing? from the oldest consoles, such as the NES and Sega Saturns to the X-box's and PS2's, we have witnessed such amazing developments in technology. How far will it go? Who knows.

What the gaming industry has blessed us with is unimaginable, it is currently bigger than the film industry and that says something. the graphics, sounds, looks... everything has changed and something that will always remain we be the love for it, the love for gaming will always live on. as technology advances so will the need and the greed for more. the PS2 blew everyone away with its looks, its style and its price. The games were stunning and went down a blast with the crowds though the forever-remaining classsic gameboy will forever prevail. The crowds loved the PS2 so much that now the PS3 is more awaited than ever. The X-box was next in line, and it came out much to many's expections and much to many disappointments, personally i love it and prefer over a PS2 becuase of its games realism and thorough detail. it has it's awesome games and its awesome power.

technology has become one of the most powerful creators of mankind and will forever go on to in the future. what will it have in store for us and the gaming industry which has for so long been a passion and a dream for so many.

I believe it's degenerated.

You don't get classics like Super Mario World anymore...

Gaming has come along way in the past 5 years, it will keep on getting better, but there is only so far that they can go... Then what...
But Xboxes, PS2, and GC are all good for the next couple of years...
