"Pillars of Creation" came out in the shops today. My beautiful postman just came and delivered it to me a whopping 5 minutes before it was available in the shops.
Not only that, but I got a whopping 30% off because I pre-ordered it on-line!

Woohoo, I am the best!
I'm just on a break from my new book at the mo', thought I'd come and see if my gloating had any affect.
It's already filled with mystery and intrigue.....
I'll tell you what though. I miss things like the shadow people and all the little fiddly bits of magic, I miss Richard having the sword of truth and being all Seeker like.
I miss people fearing Kahlan wherever she went, the book of counted shadows, the boxes of orden, Darken Rahl (we're just not seeing enough of this Jagang fellow, he's not as good a baddie) and dare I say it, I even miss the boundaries...
