"If you were a Teacher..."

What subject would you teach and why? I want to be a Secondary School English, Computing or History teacher. They are my three best subjects and I find them all interesting. The best part is in Scotland (Not sure about England) teachers are only employed 195 days a year including in service days and they still get paid monthly. And of course they get to go on school trips etc so that's even more time off. All in all it's not too bad being a teacher:D

I have to show my IT teacher how to do things sometimes, the other day he said he spent ages trying to fix the computer that wasnt comming on, so i said ill give it a go sir, looked down, and it was just turned off, so i turned it on and it worked fine...
He now thinks im excellent, yey...

I would teach chemistry, and then i could faff about with dangerous stuff.

Same here. I spend more time telling people how to do things than I do with work.

I'd be an IT teacher, basically because I'm too good at it. Everything we have done so far (I'm in year 10), I have already known how to do. There was once when I nearly fainted from too many people asking me for help, instead of going to the teacher, and I can sometimes do things which the head of IT at my school never knew about.

Basically, I like IT, unless too many people ask for help at once.

Forgot to mention teaching runs in my family. My mum taught Swedish to primary school kids and my brother is a Maths/IT/English (as a second language) teacher in secondary

Eventually I'm going to be a Geography/Economics teacher in secondary school. Starting college in October.

I would be a IT teacher, in a high or middle school, because i am good at IT and seem to alawys get A's...
Plus it is a good excuse to spend ages on the computer...

The IT dept at my school (3 people) seem to be employed to sit at computers all day...

It can't be tooo bad..

I'd be a P.E. teacher. You get paid for tanning yourself, playing sport and going to watch sport.
