In the last 10 mins or so some websites have become unavailable - but not all!?

I see you've posted an email problem on the Status Page - is this related?

noc.enta.net for example is currently unavailable for me...


EDIT: Looking at Twitter others are seeing this - DNS/routing problem?

EDIT2: Entanet have now reported "Network Incident".

EDIT3: It looks like we're back in business :¬)

FYI - Re my telecon a few moments ago - everything has just sprung back into life *touch wood*.

We were seeing large issues across both our broadband and email services provided by our wholesaler.

This appears to be because of a major issue in that particular area, however this is unclear at this time.

The issue seems to have been resolved at this exact moment, however we are still investigating the exact cause. Please check the status notes for any further issues/closure.
