I've been trying to email SR for ages regarding a broken game case but no one responds. Why? Also Does NE1 know where I can get any new games cases for Dreamcast games? - I mean undamaged ones!

they do seem to be getting behind a bit... they only update Gameaday every 5 days it seems! You should be able to get CD cases at your local Computer shop, maybe PC one? preferably a big one though!
