Hello all you techno fans out there. I’m Ghost Killer here reporting live from the centre of the Earth on one of the most brutal, exciting and fast paced events of all time. That’s right it’s the annual “Techno Console Games.” Tonight we will feature some of the most intense matches ever including football, melee, sprint, swimming and finally verbal insults.
Let’s go down to arena one and meet our contestants shall we? Here’s “Team Gamecube”. Their console is certainly looking very sweet indeed. Next up we have the “PS2 team” followed by the what looks like “Brick team?” No wait it’s just “team X Box.” Sorry about that guys. And finally we have “Team GBA.” Now you know who’s in the competition let’s go to our first event which is Melee!
In battle arena 1 we have the almight X Box versus the GBA. Who will win? The X Box weighs an amazing 124kg while the GBA only a small 300g making success lean close to the big boys.
BATTLE!......END! In what seemed like a belly flop, the X Box has completely annihilated the GBA. X Box is the winner!
Now we have the PS2 versus the Gamecube. My money has to be on the PS2 but we’ll just have to see.
BATTLE! Gamecube immediately begins to fire it’s small discs at the PS2 but the PS2 defends well by using the bigger discs as a shield. PS2 now makes a move to his left and fires a control. But the Gamecube easily avoids defeat by slipping to his left. That’s one of the advantages to having a Diddy console I think. Gamecube now circling the PS2 and fires a memory card at it. It hits it! Directly in the CD player. That has to be it for the PS2. But wait what looks to be a multi tap has just revealed itself hiding behind the PS2. SMACK! A direct hit on the Gamecube and it’s hurt bad. Who will fall first…………. It’s…… wait! They both fell at the same time! That means X Box is the winner!
After the startling first event lets move onto the swimming round. All 4 teams are lining up on the start line. X Box has several floats tied to it will the GBA has some device on it’s back.
3 2 1 START! GBA goes zooming off into the distance with a finishing time of 1. 4 seconds. It’s a race for second now as the other 3 battle it out. Wait! X Box is gone. It’s sunk! It’s just too heavy. But it’s closely followed by the PS2 and Gamecube making GBA the winner!
Next up is the football. The beautiful sport. Teams are Gamecube and GBA versus the PS2 and X Box. My money’s on the team X Box and PS2 but we’ll wait and see.
3 2 1 START! Kick off and immediately GBA sweeps the ball from underneath the PS2 nos… well circuit board or something. It passes it to Gamecube who then dribbles it down the left wing. Passes it back to GBA who shoots and… wait! X Box has flattened the ball! Another is thrown into play and the PS2 takes it round GBA then Gamecube and GOAL! 1-0 to the big boys. Kick off and GBA shoots straight away resulting in again the X Box flattening the ball. The referee is walking over and has issued a yellow card. One more like that and he’ll be in for an early bat… well… rest on the floor. Free kick and Gamecube curls it round the PS2 and then X Box flattens it again. He’s off! It’s down to the PS2 only. Another free kick and Gamecube repeats his shot resulting in a GOAL! PS2 on the ball for at least 3 seconds is tackled by GBA who passes back to Gamecube. He then links to the GBA who runs down the pitch with him clotheslining the PS2 and GOAL! Team small wins!
I am sorry to say that the sprint has been called off due to the fact that none of the consoles have legs. Every team has been disqualified and we move into the final round. (One guy calls from the crowd “How come consoles can swim, play football and battle but not sprint!”) Excuse me a second. Security (Two big men in coats jump out of nowhere and grab the guy by the neck dragging him outside.)
The final battle is worth all the marbles making all the other rounds pointless and stupid. Verbal insults goes like this then. Consoles take turn to insult each other. Last one to cry wins. It’s that simple. Here come the consoles.
LETS BATTLE! Gamecube first with “Poo head!” All is silent. Next is PS2 with “What?!” Now GBA with fatty X Box” What’s this the X Box is crying. He’s gone off to the bathroom to sulk. 3 left. Gamecube again. “Smelly console” Nothing. PS2 with “What?! I don’t understand.” GBA responds with “Cubes are the lamest console and also it is a fact that blah blah blah blah blah blah…” Gamecube has gone off crying and followed the X Box. Can nothing stop the GBA? Well yes. The GBA has just tripped on a nail in the floor. He has now followed the others in the bathroom making PS2 the winner.
