Beads of sweat dripped down the side of Jo’s face as she
Cautiously crept into Datadynes secret headquarters, she had
already taken care of two security guards and the outdoor
Cameras. Jo silently slipped on her heat-seeking, night-vision
goggles and said to herself “now for the lasers!” as she pro
ceeded down the narrow corridor taking down two security
cameras on the way.
As she turned the corner she switched her goggles to laser
seeking mode revealing a mesh of lasers that criss-crossed
across the gloomy corridor. This did not worry Jo because she
was trained to deal with situations such as this, she silently adjusted
her leather belt and with a flick of a wrist she pushed a button and
out shot a durable, microfibre, steel cable with a hook attached to it
which stuck in the ceiling.
Jo gave the cable a sharp tug for security and pressed the recoil butt
on on her belt, she silently glided over the lasers and as she neared
the end of the corridor flicked out her cerated pocketknife and cut
the cable.
She landed at the bottom of a flight of steps and proceeded onwards
to the second floor where she found more complications in the shape
of two Datadyne guards who where patrolling two key-card locked
security doors.
Jo silently slipped into the shadows of the corridor and fired two sil
ent bullets from her MG-90 pistol which hit both guards in the head
killing them instantly and sending them to the floor with a blow. She
walked up to one of the guards and relived him of his AR-34 assault
rifle and keycard, then Jo swiped the keycard through the lock “beep”
the door opened.
Jo paused momentarily to check for hidden cameras and then progre
ssed onwards, inside the room she could see a Datadyne laptop
open on a table which was connected to a giant machine which cont
ained an alien embryo inside a transparent tube.
Jo took out her micro camera and took several shots of the embryo
she then slipped on a pair of rubber gloves, opened the tube, took a
sample of the embryo and placed in her test tube and slipped it inside
her case.
Jo took a closer look at the laptop...”there’s an E-mail message” Jo
exclaimed as she placed a disk into the drive and started to download
it, she quickly skimmed through it... “Deliver the embryos to the dis
used power plant by 12:00 am, I will be waiting”... Jo then removed
her disk and uploaded a virus into the main system files...10%. 20%. 60%
..Jo started to sweat again...80%..90%....100%..upload complete!
Jo breathed a sigh of relief as she proceeded into the room opposite,
she spotted a scientist...then she crept up behind him, pulled out her
gun and said to him in a low voice “disable the security and nobody
gets hurt!”
The scientist replied in a freaked out voice “ok I’ll do whatever you
want me to do just please don’t kill me!” “Move!” said Jo in a deman
ding voice. The scientist proceeded to the security system and shut
down all the lasers, cameras and code-locked doors.
The scientist then rather foolishly tried to shoot Jo in the head, she
dove for cover, pulled out her cougar magnum and shot the scientist
in the eyes with two deadly bullets which shattered his glasses, tore
through his eyes and left two perfectly round holes in the wall out
lined with blood.
The scientist slumped to the floor in a pool of his own blood accom
panied by the fluid from his brain which oozed out of the holes
where his eyes were.
Jo looked at the remains of the dead scientist and said “don’t mess with
me!” she then turned to the other side of the room where she could
see more of the mysterious alien embryos, she walked up to them
and said, “these must be the embryos that are being delivered!”
She then took a scan of the embryos and placed a tracker bug on
then She heard a beep on her communicator, she answered it...
“Mission complete!” it said Jo knew what that meant, she cautiously
ran to the lift at the end of the corridor avoiding fire from a guard
as she dove through the door and slammed her hand down on the
top floor button.
“Ding!” Jo breathed a sigh of relief as the doors opened and she pro
ceeded down the long eerie corridor until she came to a large key
coded door which said on it “head of Datadyne- MR Blonde!”
Jo shuddered as one solitary bead of sweat dripped down her spine
she tapped in the code and proceeded through the door she heard a
voice “aha Joanna Dark I’ve been expecting you!” she saw a person
leap out in front of her...It was the MR Blonde!
“I have a suprise for you b***h!” he said as he tried to spray Jo with
bullets!, Jo leapt aside and shot the him in the hand “aaaa!” he
cried as he dropped his gun in agony Jo then pulled out her
machine gun and said “don’t mess with me!” she pulled the trigger
and sent Mr Blonde flying out of a window.
She then proceeded up to the window just in time to see the him
fall to his bloody death, she then picked up her communicator and
said “Jo to base I’m coming home!” and with that she paraglided into
the distance “Just another day in the life of Joanna Dark!”

Nah, I ain't read it yet mate. Mainly because it hurts my eyes. If I saw it rewritten with all of the line used up and with paragraphs show by an empty line I may read it :P

Yeah cheers, I actually wrote it before the game was released and am currently re-writing it, i'll post the re-written (and hopefully longer) version soon.
