Maybe this has been done before, I don't know.

But it could be true. A lot of reports say games make people shoot others. This could be happening because shoot-em-ups are getting too real. The graphics are starting too look really.......real. I was watching the dead or alive extreame beach volleyball in game (for no particular) and for a second, I thought it was real for a second(that's the part in some sort of office)

Now, I think that games like unreal, halo and turok are not reasponsible. They're weapons are sometimes very unrealistic. They're enimies aren't always human.

On a lighter note, if games like animal crossing, shenmue and sims (basic life simulaters) get too real, then maybe this could cause some difficultly. For instance, people might try and do stuff that's in shenmue that could be dangerous.

If you can tell the difference between life and the game world, which has most of the diemensions of life, your fine. But maybe in the future, you may not be.

true, the more depth the game posesses the longer the game will live and the more graphically refined they get the more appeal they have. for example, if you had the most powerful PC in the world, would you rather play pacman, or Unreal Tournament 2003?
