i cant take out both the eyes of the tiger.after taking out 1 jewel it just turns and the next message is that 1 jewel is missing how do i get the other jewel.

If your talking about Resident Evil as I think you are...
Then you find another Jewel later on to put in that space and take the other out etc.
Hope it helps, if not and I'm completely wrong about the game choice, then whoops!...
