Point raised in VemonByte's Harry Potter topic, but lets see how many people would like this, then maybe Tonty would let us have one. So, sign here if you would like a seperate Books Forum.

I agree,we should have a book forum.
Not much people have heard of T.Pratchett,shame really.

Fair enough, there's a lot of LotR discussion, and Harry Potter bashing, but people like me, Tarrant and YH talk about Goodkind, Pratchett, Adams e.t.c. And I think if there was a Book in the title, then more people would post about it.

I can see where your comming from...

I just dont think there are enough topics being written about books at the moment to warrent a new forum... or even a name change?

How many 'LOTR is better than Harry Potter' topics do people want to read?

AS, yes, but I still think it'd be good to have a Books Forum, or at least take RBS's suggestion and rename it. Like it or not, books are topics of conversation, especially in the wake of the recent films.

I'd just like the DVD and Music forum renamed to include books too :-)

Isnt it generally accepted that Film and Music forum is also the unofficial Book forum?

(Theres not that many book posts made as it is?)
