Who will win the nest console war?
Playstation 2: The most popular games console despite several problems with the system it will successfully ride the success of its older brother to stay alive.
GameCube: With Nintendo games to die for, a HUGE increase in 3rd party support, cheap price and GBA connectivity the Nintendo Gamecube the true SNES sequel will undoubtedly be the best.
X-box: Microsoft's PS2 beater and what a one it is, PS2 games but BETTER awesome exclusive titles (although they never stay exclusive forever) mp3's, and DVD’s this console looks brilliant but a bit pricey...
So there we have it the 3 leaders Dreamcast also could be added although they have basically failed. But how did the Dreamcast fail? Because of Sony.
Sony realizing their Playstation 2 has many problems needed a weapon, a weapon so strong SEGA, Nintendo and Microsoft would fall in seconds, yes im referring to the stick. The stick was originally designed by the late Nintendo Genius Gunpei Yokoi (maker of Gameboy); Nintendo shoved the stick into a closet only for it to be stolen by Sony if any trouble arose such as the PS2 disaster. Sony scared of the Dreamcast Smashed it wiv stick. SEGA fell, Sony has the market for themselves. Very nice waiting for the release of the next two big consoles which Sony can smash wiv stick. What Sony failed to think about is why Nintendo threw it away?
Gunpei Yokoi was the only one who could control it; Sony thinks they have it under control, why did the virtual boy fail? Because the stick broke it after his master died. The stick will crush both Nintendo and Microsoft but Sony as well and the Stick will be the Console war winner.
Is this an inevitable doom? No Nintendo know of the problem and are thinking of a way to save them from the wraith of the stick. Maybe they should make a bigger stick, with A NAIL IN IT! Oh yeah Sony wouldn't stand a chance.
