When he coming back
Due to hhh's injury (it was real and he wasn't faking it) he had a real operation and i know for a fact that he is fully healed and is ready to start his job, again. He really stretched his hamstring badly but managed to continue the match.
behind the scenes he was rushed away and taken to hospital.
At vengeance, i reckon he's gonna interfere in a big match or be shown backstage and on the following raw, hes probably gonna come down to the ring, talk and insult someone. this will get him back into the feud and on smackdown, i reckon he'll be ready to wrestle again.

BUT...In the Ross Report over at wwf.com...it does say said poster IS mis-leading
on the poster for Vengeance it shows HHH with a sledge hammer.
Yeah. At Vengeance, I think that in the final it will be the Rock Vs Austin. I think that Austin will be beating the Rock and then suddenly the game will run down to the ring with a steel chair and look like he is gonna take out the rattlesnake but hit the rock over the head with it.
So being sleepy stops you fully recognizing wrestlers. Queer. :D
