lately i have been hearing many issues with x-box buying the dreamcast liscense so all dc games can be played on x-box. yet microsoft is denying this however everyone which i mean magazine publishers are saying it help me get my mind staright. also i have PS2 and im not sure if i should get x-box or GameCube as well

This was indeed a rumour...
MONTHS AGO!

Since then, the Xbox has actually been released in America, and NO- it doesn't play DC games.
