But how come Germany are seeded for the world cup, and we aren't?

We qualified automatically, they had to go through the playoffs AND we whipped them 5-1.

So how come they get to be seeded and we don't?

It does seem quite unfair!!

There are better teams than England that havnt been seeded. Take Portugal for example.

It comes down to performances in the last 3 world cups.

They won it in 1990.

We didn't qualify on 1994, so that's reflecting badly on us.

We'll probably need to reach the final to be seeded next time!
