Bit premature mate ! The game hasn't even been announced officially by Rare yet. Its highly probable that we'll be seeing Conker though (which is great in my opinion as I'm a big fan of Conker). It'll be awhile before we hear anything on a release here of the game, but it might at least get a little mention at the coming E3 show in May.

Secondly, as far as I'm aware, Rare are concerntrating all their effort and resources on Kameo: Elements of Power at the moment... and the sequel to Conker's Bad Fur Day has no release date to speak of, and no details have been released on it so far.
