i could be quite cool, but it wouldn't last long. completed in a flash.

It could be lik settlers where you build houses to make different parts for the contraptions or you could hav it like C and C where you build a whole fleet of planes.

Dunno, but there was a Wacky Races game on the Dreamcast. The trouble with catch the pidgeon is that it is the inventions that make it great, but putting all those in a game would be impossible, unless you could design your own!!!
