The latest craze on t.v is the pop crazy tv show Pop Idol. On Saturady there will be the favourites so far in the comp e.g. (Fat Bloke) Rick, Darius and Aaron.

WHO CARES!!! I don't call it 'the latest craze'. It's just ANOTHER attempt for HTV to get viewers, and 'slimey' managers, producers and the rest to get more money put of the young and talented!!

It's just as pointless as Popstars (that created Hearsay, and the Hearsay rejects: Liberty) and will create other manufactured pop artists/ bands. UNLIKE LINKIN PARK!!! They're not manufactured, weren't made on TV, all knew each other (except Chester), write their own lyrics and music, and have previously formed 2 bands (together) before they were signed up!!

I agree with you on the live performances... having seen them probably 10 or more times since 1994, it certainly has gone downhill.

The Holy Bible is a fantastic record, but after Richey left I wasn't crying out for a sequel. I thought EMG was a triumphant return post-Richey, but they did lose the plot a bit after that. I didn't even buy Know Your Enemy.

I saw the Manics at Glastonbury a couple of years ago. You can tell JDB from me that he was one of the most miserable feckers I've ever seen. They weren't very good either and they'll never make an album as good as 'The Holy Bible', which is one of the best albums ever!
