Been on hold to HMV for the better part of 15 mins now, and I dont mind at all.
Why?
Because the hold music is "Echoes" by Pink Floyd, so I have had the end of "Comfortably Numb" "Shine On", and now "One of These Days"

I was at work, bored so I phoned HMV to order some DVDS and stuff.
Automated switchboard, not my phone bill and Pink Floyd playing, I love Floyd and wanted to see if the Echoes CD was any good, hence I stayed on the line and enjoyed myself.
