If not you certainly will be after reading these brief previews of a few of the most promising games:
Pikmen: This is a highly innovative title, and nothing of it's sort has been seen on consoles before. You are a little spaceman who has crash landed on a planet inhabited by a population of cute creatures. As cute as these creatures are they won't help you, because they are unhappy. They are unhappy because they are lonely. You must find the perfect partners for this male only population, and but the couples through a number of challenges. If the couples manage to survive these test they will stick together and find happiness. Only then will they help you recover their lost ship.
Rouge Leader: are you ready to fight the empire? Not looking like that, you're not! Before going out on your mission you must put your face on, this could be your last mission, so you've got to look your best! Once you're ready for battle you can fly out in the specially designed pink 'AC/DC-Wing' and lead Rouge Squadron to victory. This game includes stunning speech samples such as "I've got you in my sights, you naught boy!" and "He's on your tail, lucky boy!"
Luigi's Mansion: Luigi has always been in Mario's shadow, but this game will put him in the prime spot. Luigi has won a mansoin, but his joy soon turns to dispair when he enters. Oh the horror! The decor is simply awful! You must help guide Luigi in his mission to turn his grotty dull mansion into a palace fit for a queen! Early levels involve stripping wallpaper, but the real challenge comes later in levels where you must colour co-ordinate sofa's with walls, and accessorize the rooms!
Super Monkey Balls:.......
> Pikmin, not Pickmen (I think).
Yeah man, I know.
Comic value, etc.
