probably the sarcasm! Most noobs prob dont take it as seriously as the regulars.

She means if she saw a post from a newbie and a post from a regular without names or identification she could tell which is the newbie's.

I always wonder about new people. Maybe it's the way you word your posts but i could relate you to another member.

I just thought the thread was obselete now the question had been answered and enough time had been given for a reply.

Just trying to stop it declining into pointless posts; there's plenty of other threads and better things to discuss so I thought it wasn't needed.

Obviously I was wrong, and I'll avoid doing it again..

Surely a new post saying it should closed due to being answered would have been better.

Edit: also, since when do mods decide which topics are finished? surely people can post all they like in a topic.
