with Freeola domains you have to log onto their servers, but I have broadband and I don't know how to change the connection number (if there is one) so what do I do? thankyou in advance :)

Freeola don't currently support broadband, Foggy. To update your site, you *have* to be connected to either their dial-up or ISDN connection.
I asked about this a little while ago, even regarding potential paid FTP access from any connection. SR have apparently employed someone to look into this area, but have no immediate plans.
At least that's how I remember it... I'm sure a member of staff can correct any mistakes in my recollection! :-)
