Could somebody please help me. I keep getting blown up trying to deactivate the suitcase bombs on the last level. I have tried using the circuit breaker but nothing seems to be happening. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong.

You need to get out the circuit breaker, approach the suitcase bombs and a sequence of buttons will appear on screen. Simply push the pictured buttons in order before the timer runs out and you'll deactivate the bomb.
