Nelly Furtado is cool - her album is really good, the two singles she released were ace, she looks fine and she did a duet with Missy Elliot and the MTV awards. Oh, and Atomic Kitten slagged her off for 'sounding awful'. More than enough encouragement for me.
Nelly Furtado doesn't count as pop. There are at least ten examples of swearing to be taken from her album. By Pop standards that's a Tarantino movie.

There is 2 courses of treatment I can recommend:
1. Set up a stereo with the speakers in a seperate lockable room, put Pantera on really loud, lock yourself in the room and bung the key out the window.
2. A similar set up replacing pantera with alanis morisette to see where youre heading.
