Maybe. You would have to have 2 XBox Live accounts. But I dont know whether the conflicting IP address of the internet connection would cause problems, it should'nt as I have a friend who uses his ADSL for 3 comps and they play PC games all at the same time. So actually thinking about it then it should work, but dont forget your halving the speed of each XBox's connection to the Live service, as well as having to have 2 XBox Live accounts.

cheers, I find that rather disheartening. I have played many times on co-op split screen, but it would be 100% better on separate screens I think.

gutted. ah well ... its not all bad

ok techinical one for you then, assuming ICS(Internet Connection Sharing is setup on your PC then via a hub and RJ 45 (not Cross over cables) and assuming xbox live on both xboxes. could you connect via your shared PC connection both Xboxes?

I'll fire up the xbox for you and check.

It appears as though you cannot play co-op mode over the system link. The options for multiplayer were only:

Co-op
Multiplayer on 1 box
System link

Meaning the co-op mode was a different menu option.

NO, read the question - Can 2 people with *2* X-boxes play cooperatively on *2* different Tellies (rather than split screen).
