For the sake of me halo? and any new user or returnee to the forums .
can you please help sharing any tips,
advice on writing reviews,
simple rules and regulations and
info on the special compititions and GAD annoncements.

Yeah im from New zealand. Thanx yeah i know Uk only algud im just here to bring a different perspective to Britions and yeah im to useless to win anyway.

Sorry to hear you're wanting to cancel the service.
Cancelling is fairly straight-forward - log in to your MyFreeola account, select InstantPro from the left side of the page, and there you will see your active service(s) along with a cancel button. Just click cancel and that will take you through cancelling.

If you're having problems, it would be best to put on a Support Request and we can get the matter sorted that way.

It might be worth mentioning which 'account' you are referring to?
i.e. Freeola Broadband, Hosting, InstantPro, etc.
