Then I thought that I was being way too cynical about the whole thing. This wasn't just a film based on a book, it was a film in its own right. Many people have seen the film and just immediately slagged it off as rubbish because it does not contain every single detail of the book. Well of course it bloody well doesn't the film would be about 7 hours long if it did.
It was well acted, the special effects were great and the story was true to the book, so what if Norbert wasn't expanded on, there just wasn't time. Personally I Thought that the film was rather good and that it was a good way to spend my friday afternoon. My favourite part was the Quidditch match, I never imagined that they would pull off stunts like that with there brooms.
As for the game I think that it will be specifically aimed at a younger age group than mine (I'm 15) I don't know whether to buy it or not, I probably won't in case it is pants. Thats what I'm writing this about actually, I'd like people's feedback on the game; is it playable for a teenager?, what are the controls like, that kinda stuff.
Thats all I wanted to say really and all of those people who haven't read the book or seen the film, do. The books are amazing and until you read them you don't really have any right to critisise those of us who have read them and enjoyed them.
